According to the 2nd ARC report, Dedication, Impartiality. Political Neutrality. Anonymity and Obligation towards the Rule of Law are essential values of an administrator. Similarly, the Nolan committee dictated Integrity, Accountability, Selflessness, Honesty, Openness, Objectivity, and Leadership as important values of an administrator.
