There are various online libraries available now, from where aspirants and general masses can have access to quality study material and books. Further, as most of these libraries and study material is provided by Government sources so language is easy to understand and these are quite relevant for preparation of competitive examinations.
1. Online library by IIT-Kharagpur
Ministry of Human Resource Development under its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology has initiated the National Digital Library (NDL) pilot project to develop a framework of virtual repository of learning resources with a single-window search facility. The pilot project is devising a framework suitable for future scale up with respect to content volume and diversity to become a full-blown National Digital Library of India over time. It is being developed at IIT Kharagpur.

3. National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) – Study Material
NIOS is “Open School” to cater to the needs of a heterogeneous group of learners up to pre-degree level. It was started as a project with in-built flexibilities by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in 1979. The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) provides opportunities to interested learners by making available the following Courses/Programmes of Study through open and distance learning (ODL) mode.

4. Digital Library of India (DLI)
Digital Library of India (DLI) is a digital collection of freely accessible rare books collected from various libraries in India. DLI project started in early 2000 with the vision to archive all the significant literary, artistic and scientific works of mankind and to preserve digitally and make them available freely for every one over Internet for education, study, appreciation and for future generations.Digital Library of India has currently 550,585 books in Portable Document Format (PDF). This project is funded by the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT), Govt. of India.
