MHA guidelines for reopening for November 2020: With the current Unlock 5.0 ending on 31st October 2020, the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has issued new notification on 27th October 2020 and has effectively extended the guidelines for reopening currently in force, till 30th November 2020. As per the notification, the Guidelines for Re-opening, issued
