The Shergarh Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the Baran district and is spread across 98 sq km near the Shergarh town. It was declared as a protected area in 1983.
The sanctuary is a natural habitat of animals, such as tigers, sloth bears, hyenas, wild boars, endemic deer, leopards, sambar, chinkara and chitals.
