Online form and OTR via SSO ID
- Candidates must first create or log in to their Rajasthan SSO ID, then access the RPSC recruitment section to initiate One Time Registration (OTR) before applying for RAS.
- OTR captures identity details and locks them for future applications, after which the candidate fills the specific RAS online form when the notification opens.
- During the RAS form, candidates upload photo/signature, enter personal, category, and qualification details, and pay the applicable fees online through the portal.
How to complete OTR
- Step 1: Create/Log in to the Rajasthan SSO account.
- Step 2: Go to the Recruitment/OTR section and enter identity details exactly as in Class 10 marksheet.
- Step 3: Select the correct category as per Rajasthan rules (remember: other states’ reserved categories are treated as General here).
- Step 4: Pay OTR fee online:
- ₹600 for General/OBC-CL/MBC-CL/EBC-CL and for other states’ reserved categories.
- ₹400 for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/MBC/EBC-NCL/EWS/Sahariya and PwD.
- Step 5: Save the OTR receipt and profile confirmation.

- OTR is a one-time profile fee applicable across state recruitments; application fee is cycle-specific in the RAS notification; corrections, if needed, are charged per submission during defined windows.
