How to travel In or Out of Rajasthan during Lockdown - Process Explained:

During the Lockdown 3.0 beginning 04th May, the Rajasthan State Government has started working on sending migrants to different states and correspondingly to coordinate safe return of Rajasthani’s stranded in other states. Consequently, the government has also created a portal for Application to Travel In or Out of Rajasthan during this period of Lockdown.

The Rajasthan State Government has created a dedicated portal on the emitra website for application to Travel In or Out of Rajasthan during this period of Lockdown.

Migrants have been requested to fill the form (above on the protal) & register. On receipt of request, the Rajasthan Government coordinates with the respective State government for the return to/from the state.

Other Options to Seek permission for Travel:

  • Appointment of State-wise Nodal Officers to coordinate with respective State Governments.
  • Helpline Number(18001806127): The state government has issued a helpline number for its migrant workers in other states to collect data on their location, numbers and age in order to initiate talks with respective states of their safe return.
  • Migrants can also register their details on rajcovidinfo app

After registration, the Rajasthan government is obtaining consent from concerned state governments and also making arrangements for the movement of migrants in the state. Those who have their own vehicles may come in their vehicles after obtaining permission. Returning migrant workers will be kept in quarantine for 14 days.
