Q1. Explain the role of religion in inculcating human values.(2M)
Role of religion –
- Hinduism – Inculcates values like Dharma (Righteousness), Moksha, and spirituality
- Islam – Inculcates values like Peace, Faith, Prayer, Fasting, Charity, and mercy (Rahma)
- Sikhism – Inculcates values like service (Sewa), sacrifice, valor, justice, etc
- Christianity – Inculcates values like compassion, love, empathy, humility, service, etc
- Zoroastrianism – Happiness, trust, Dualism (Good and evil both), etc
Q2. Values are deeply ingrained in human lives and hence very wide in nature and scope. Explain(5M)
Values are guiding Principles, Ideologies and beliefs which one holds dear and aspire to achieve. Ex – Justice,
Courage, Temperance
Very wide scope because values are required at every stage of human life –
1. Childhood –
a. Family values like – Caring, sharing, Love, compassion, and empathy
b. School/educational values like – Discipline, critical thinking, and Rationality
2. Society – Social values like brotherhood, justice, tolerance, Harmony, Fairness, Respect, etc
3. Organization – Professional values like Excellence, Efficiency, Discipline, Innovation, etc
4. Nation – Democratic values like legality, respecting the rule of law, Equality, etc
5. Universal values – like Happiness, Intelligence, contentment, peace, nonviolence, etc
Very wide in nature as sources of values are different like –
- Internal sources – Spirituality, Self Esteem, mindfulness
- External sources – Laws, Social norms, Rules and regulations, code of conduct, community guidelines,
etc - As a means (Instrumental values) like Money, nutrition, etc
- As an end like Love, health, Freedom, etc

विषय: डाक वितरण की अनियमितताओं के संबंध में।
संदर्भ: 12 अक्टूबर 2023 को आयोजित च छ ज गार्डन कल्याण समिति की बैठक में मिली लिखित शिकायतें।
महोदय
मैं च छ ज गार्डन बी-27 का रहने वाला हूँ। मैं इस पत्र के द्वारा अपने क्षेत्र की डाक वितरण की अनियमितताओं की ओर आपका ध्यान दिलाना चाहता हूँ।
मान्यवर, पिछले चार माह से इस क्षेत्र में डाक-वितरण का काम ठीक से नहीं हो रहा है। पोस्टमैन पत्रों को या तो घरों के जीने में फेंक जाता है या जीने के सामने खड़े किसी बच्चे के हाथ में पकड़ा जाता है। अनेक बार महत्त्वपूर्ण पत्र या तो दूसरे के घरों में पहुँच जाते हैं या देर से मिलते हैं। डाक-वितरण की व्यवस्था दिन में तीन बार है, जबकि हमारे पोस्टमैन महोदय एक से अधिक बार नहीं आते। हमारे क्षेत्र के निवासियों की आम शिकायत है कि ये पोस्टमैन साहब त्यौहारों के अवसर पर बखशीश देने को बाध्य करते हैं तथा न देने वालों की डाक में गड़बड़ी कर देते हैं। कई बार हमने पोस्टमैन को समझाने की चेष्टा की, मगर उसके कान पर तक न रेंगी। इसीलिए हारकर हमें आपका दरवाजा खटखटाना पड़ा। अतः आपसे प्रार्थना है कि आप इस विषय में जाँच-पड़ताल कर डाक वितरण ठीक करने की कृपा करें तथा संबंधित पोस्टमैन को उचित चेतावनी देकर यथासंभव उन्हें दंडित करें। इसके लिए हम आपके सदैव आभारी रहेंगे।
